Hello, I’m Niel Smith, the founder of Military Transition Edge. My story is one of service, both in uniform and beyond. For 22 years, I had the honor of serving in the U.S. Army, an experience that shaped my life and instilled in me a profound sense of duty. After retiring from the military, I joined a leading biotechnology firm, where I’ve spent the past five years leveraging my skills in a new, innovative field.

Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about helping my fellow veterans and military spouses. As an Employee Resource Group lead and a board member of a Veterans non-profit, I’ve had the privilege of guiding over 150 veterans and military spouses to meaningful employment opportunities.
